COLORADO SPRINGS – June 2014 – ASI Capital, LLC, a private debt and equity firm based in Colorado Springs, CO, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Clusters, a 352-unit multifamily residential asset in Midland, Texas. ASI Capital has taken an equity position in the managing entity of the asset, which provides affordable housing for the working population in Midland.
Midland is located in the Permian Basin, which continues to attract oil and gas producers to the region, and the need for quality worker housing options is growing. Advances in technology and safety have cause growth in the number of operating rigs in the area and demand is rising for labor and housing.
ASI Capital is please to participate in this project, which includes renovating the 1982 facility, making safety improvements, and investing in the Midland community through outreach programs and events.
